Questions

A few quiet answers.

Can Jomqueue handle online table reservations?

Yes. Guests book on a branded public page with date, party size, and available slots. They receive a confirmation page with a QR pass staff can scan on arrival. Staff manage bookings on calendar, timeline, and table views.

What notifications does Jomqueue send for reservations?

Reservations support email booking confirmations and updates when the outlet enables that channel. Walk-in queue uses guest alerts — email is not used for walk-in queue.

How do walk-ins and reservations work together?

They are separate guest flows — walk-ins join the queue; booked guests arrive on a reservation. On combined Queue + Reservation plans, staff see both on one dashboard with a shared table layout, so hosts know which tables are reserved before seating walk-ins.

What is the reservation operator view?

A token-based link floor staff can open without a full admin login. Hosts acknowledge arrivals, assign tables, seat guests, and mark no-shows from a mobile-friendly view designed for service during peak hours.
